Q - question

An automatic legal disclaimer for eTransmit.

A - answer If you want to include a standard boiler-plate message with your ZIP packages or e-mails containing the drawing and support files transmitted using the command ETRANSMIT, you can use the text file etransmit.txt.

Any legal disclaimers (copyright, confidentiality, authorization conditions, etc.), or technical descriptions and notes (e.g. in another language) for the adressee of the DWG drawing files can be predefined in your individual text file or in a company-wide text file - this file will be automatically "packed" with every transmittal set sent by eTransmit.

The name of the text file (ASCII, use e.g. Notepad) with the boilerplate message has to set to etransmit.txt and it has to be placed either in your local Support folder, or in another support folder searched by AutoCAD.
