The "Autodesk Exchange" window with online information, online help and access to the App Store is started automatically when launching AutoCAD 2012.

If you want to start your AutoCAD faster by disabling this popup window, just uncheck the option "Show this window at start up" on the bottom of this window.

The Exchange window can be invoked manually when needed with the command EXCHANGE or with the stylized "X" icon on the AutoCAD top bar.

You can also disable the Exchange window with a setting in the Options dialog - see the checkbox "Access online content (including Help) when available" on the System tab. Alternatively you can set the Registry key in HKCU\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R18.2\ACAD-A001:409 - set LaunchNFW from the value 1 to the value 3.
