If you need to add a prefix or suffix to selected drawing objects of the type DTEXT, MTEXT or MLEADER, you can use the AutoCAD LISP utility PSfixTxt.

PSfixTxt can be downloaded from DL Download. Load the LSP file with APPLOAD and type the command PSFIXTXT.

For advanced replacements use srxText.
