Q - question

How to change camera FOV in Revit?

A - answer Since Revit 2009 you can change field-of-view of Revit cameras directly, not only by changing the crop region. You can specify the camera lens FOV graphically, there is no numerical input (parameter).

Display the SteeringWheel in a 3D view by pressing F8 (or Shift+W). In its context menu (bottom-right triangle) click on the option "Adjust focal length". By moving your mouse then adjust the field of view (lens angle) for the current camera.
