Q - question

How to get rid of the margins between individual plot jobs?

A - answer When printing on a paper roll on Designjet T610 you can combine the individual plot jobs into a single continuous image, without top/bottom margins between jobs.

In the Designjet driver settings "Printing Preferences > Features Tab", set the option "Remove margins between pages". Use the latest version of the HP driver.
