Q - question

How to import a new .RPC file into Revit?

A - answer In Revit 2009, 2010 and higher you can just copy your new RPC element in the .rpc format to the folder "RPCs" (typically: C:\Program Files\Autodesk Revit Architecture 2010\Data\Rendering\assetlibrary_base.fbm\RPCs).

Now load an entourage element to the current project, create a new type of this element and in its properties assign it a new rendering style - in the rendering style library you should see your newly copied RPC file.
