How to model a twisted wire in Inventor?

A - answer How to make a precise 3D model (for visualization) of a twisted wire (rod) with a given profile - e.g. square?

You can create a model of a twisted profile in Inventor or Inventor LT with the "Sweep" feature (you can enter the twist angle). Start with the sketch of your profile.
