Q - question

How to show or hide an object in all visibility states?

A - answer When editing a dynamic block employing visibility states, new objects are added by default only to the currently set visibility state.

If you want to add new block geometry (e.g. an attribute) as visible to ALL visibility states, grip-select it, right-click it and from the context menu choose Object Visibility > Show in all states. You can also use the commands BVSHOW or BVHIDE. You can use the same commands also to show/hide selected selected geometry in the current visibility state of the edited block.
