AutoCAD Civil 3D 2011 (and higher) contains two undocumented commands that list the used point numbers and available (free to use) COGO point numbers.

The command LISTUSEDPOINTNUMBERS displays a list of used points in the current drawing (project).

The command LISTAVAILABLEPOINTNUMBERS lists available points to be used in the drawing.
