If you need a special type of framing for your mleader tag (circle/bubble, hexagon, triangle, etc.), or preset a color, use the mleader style editor to set the MLeader style to "Block" and choose the block - either a predefined one or your custom block.

Start the mlreade style editor with the MLEADERSTYLE command, choose "Edit style", the options can be found on the Content tab.
