Publishing old Whip-DWF files from AutoCAD 2011.

Even in AutoCAD version 2010, 2011 and 2012 you can publish DWF files in the old text format DWF (version 00.42) compatible with the original DWF viewing component WHIP!.

Use the command PLOTTERMANAGER to create a new PC3 file, where you select as the output device "DWF Classic (R14)", or "DWF ePlot (WHIP!3.1 compatible version)".

Then select this newly defined device to plot to DWF.
