How to draw revision clouds in AutoCAD?

You can use the REVCLOUD command (tool) available in Express Tools for AutoCAD. Or you can use one of the available add-on LISP utilities, or the revision cloud command in Architectural Desktop.
AutoCAD 2004 and higher already contains _REVCLOUD as an internal command.
