	DesignCenter inserts 1000x larger blocks.
	When creating blocks you can define units for the block. DesignCenter then uses these units to scale the inserted block. The relevant system variables are INSUNITS (default units), INSUNITSDEFSOURCE (source units) and INSUNITSDEFTARGET (target units).
