The 'division' sign can be input through the \U+00F7 code or by pressing the left Alt key and entering 0247 on the Numpad (or just copy the sign from top of this tip and paste it to your MText editor).
Please note that for both methods you have to use a font with full Unicode set. See also the unicodes.dwg (available on www.cadstudio.cz/download) for a list of other unicode characters.
