"Product is not installed" message trying to apply Service Pack.

A - answer You are using a wrong Service Pack - probably trying to apply SP for AutoCAD on e.g. AutoCAD Mechanical or applying a SW-locked version of a SP to an unlocked (US) version of Autodesk product.
