	How can find whether the 'Tool Palettes Extension' is installed?
	E.g. the TOOL PALETTES window title (Ctrl+3) changes to TOOL PALETTES - ALL PALETTES (or the palette group name). There are enhanced options on the `+CUSTOMIZE 4` command tab. If you right-click in the internal MText editor, the Symbol option in the context menu contains a list of frequently used symbols.
