Trick for reordering components in an Inventor assembly.

In Inventor R6 and R7 you cannot reorder assemblies by mouse-dragging their components in the assembly browser.
In these Inventor versions you can use the following trick to change the order of components:

In the assembly mode start the Pattern Component command
Select components in that order you want to see in the browser
Create any pattern (array)
Erase the newly created pattern

Your assembly is now displayed in the new order.
