Yes. Java is not an Autodesk supported platform but you can use a couple of methods to develop Java add-on applications for AutoCAD.

AutoCAD ActiveX® object model (COM) can be used in Java (and Delphi and other) environments.

AJaX Extension is an OpenSource project to integrate Java2 Virtual Machine (JVM) into AutoCAD (also supports Python) - see www.brainon.ch/AjaX/
