Q - question

How to insert a block from menu scaled to DIMSCALE?

A - answer You can use a LISP or DIESEL macro for a toolbar button for this but there is a much simpler way through the Tool palette.

Drag the block to your tool palette, right-click on its icon and in the block (tool) properties set the "Auxiliary scale" to the value By DIMSCALE. Block dragged from the palette will be automatically inserted in the current DIMSCALE scale (the "Scale" value can be used as a multiplier for the DIMSCALE value).

You can also use this approach with the LTSCALE value but you have to find and replace the DIMSCALE for LTSCALE in the palette's .ATC file manually - with a text editor.
