How to show commands and prompts by cursor in ADT 2006?

A - answer In Architectural Desktop, this new function of AutoCAD 2006 is off by default. Just set the DYNPROMPT variable to 1 and press the DYN button in the status line.

Or rt-click on the DYN button, go to Settings and check the "Show command prompting and command input near the crosshairs" option.
