Some documents are not listed in my iProject folders.

Access (and display) to some project folders in iProject can be limited by your user rights. If you cannot see only some documents in a given folder, you are probably using a folder filter (see the Filter tab). A filtered folder is indicated in your folder tree by a small funnel icon next to the folder name.

An active filter can limit displaying files (documents) of a particular type, name or files with given properties (attributes).
