You can easily attach an audio note (comment, sound) to your AutoCAD drawing.

Take an existing file in an audio format - WAV, MP3, MID, M4A, etc., drag it with your mouse from Windows Explorer (or other file manager) to an arbitrary place in your AutoCAD drawing. You can also use the INSERTOBJ command to insert the audio recorded OLE object.

The audio recording can be subsequently replayed by double-clicking on the OLE2 object icon (usually a loud-speaker).
