Scrolling history of previous commands with the up/down cursor arrows now (since AutoCAD 2006) displays also past coordinates (X,Y). If you don't want to repeat coordinates from the history buffer, set the INPUTHISTORYMODE variable (e.g. to 0 - see AutoCAD Help).

This will repeat only commands and single parameters (numbers).
