ERROR: AecObjRel::~AecObjRel(), ePermanentlyErased

AecObjRel ePermanentlyErased error after export from ADT to an older version DWG file can be caused by linked xref files. Perform AUDIT on the main drawing and its xrefs. Process also the xref files with Export_to_2004.
