Inventor 10 setup fails with error:
Error 1001 .InstallUtilLib.dll: Unknown error in CorBindToRuntimeHost (0x80131700)
You have probably installed .NET Framework 2.0 or MS Visual Studio. Do not uninstall .NET FW 1.x when upgrading to the framework version 2.0.

Please reinstall the .NET Framework 1.1 before running Inventor setup.
