To create an axis of symmetry between two non-parallel lines (angle bisection), you can use the XLINE command.

Run the command and use its option Bisect. Pick the line intersection as the "angle vertex point" (if the lines do not touch, use tracing or the "apparent intersection" osnap). Then pick the other endpoints of the lines (angle legs). The XLINE command creates a median line between both lines.
