The Autodesk Design Review 2008 viewer supports not only the DWF files (plus DWG, DGN, JT through plugins), but also several raster formats. You can view images in the CALS, JPG, PCX, GIF, BMP, IG4, PCT, PNG, RLC, TGA and TIFF formats.
As there are many variants of the TIF format, here is the table of tested and supported TIFF sub-formats:
RLE-compressed TIFF (Huffman)
CCITT3-compressed TIFF (1Dim, Group 3 Fax)
CCITT3-compressed TIFF (2Dim, Group 3 Fax)
CCITT4-compressed TIFF (Group 4 Fax)
Multi-page TIFF files display as multiple sheets (one sheet per page)
