Model linetypes do not reflect annotative scaling.

Scale of the linetypes in the Model tab may not be controlled by the annotation scale. It depends on the setting of the MSLTSCALE variable (should be set to 1).

The drawings originated in AutoCAD 2007 or older are opened with MSLTSCALE=0.
