If you don't want to select draw order of the entities individually, you can order them by the color used - e.g. from light to dark colors, gray to back, etc.

Use the CDORDER command from Express Tools and set the requested order of the individual colors used in your drawing. You can also order objects nested in blocks.

If you cannot use the standard draworder, the Handles option deletes and recreates objects (by the color-order) in the drawing database.
