On starting the PLOT command, AutoCAD displays the message "Some viewports do not fit the right zoom conditions. Do you want to update them before plotting?".

This may be caused by plotting a layout which viewports were created with the MVIEW command and some of the viewports were subsequently manually changed (zoom, size) and no longer comply to the original definition. Delete and re-create the complaining viewport.

If you run AutoCAD Mechanical, use rather the command AMVPORTS instead of MVIEW.
