Installation of Autodesk 2014 products includes an installation of the "Autodesk 360" desktop icon and new options for setting cloud synchronization using an icon in Windows system tray.

The Autodesk 360 icon on your desktop (or in the Start menu) displays (after a cloud login) contents of the local folder synchronized with the Autodesk cloud. See the description of this sync mechanism in the tip 9156. Documents in this folder are flagged with small property icons indicating the sync status of the individual documents (files):

Green check-mark indicates a successfully synchronized document (local and cloud versions are identical), red triangle with an exclamation mark means a synchronization error, blue recycle arrows indicate an ongoing synchronization (transfer to/from the cloud).

With the Autodesk 360 icon in system tray (rotates when performing cloud communication) you can control other A360 functions (on right-click) and you can set the sync modes.

The Preference option starts a dialog where you can see your currently consumed cloud storage capacity and you can set synchronization of linked files.
