Q - question

Track who and when has changed each entity in a DWG drawing.

A - answer With the add-on LISP utility (reactor) DWGOsign you can easily track editing history on each drawing object inside your AutoCAD drawings.

Signature

DWGOsign will individually sign any changed and newly drawn DWG objects with a "signature" containing the user name (login name) and timestamp of the latest change (plus optional other data). This signature data is added transparently (without changing the standard AutoCAD behaviour) on a drawing object level. Signature data can be then viewed interactively or reported globally to Excel. You can also select all objects changed by a specified user.

DWGOsign is compatible with AutoCAD 2012, 2013 and higher.
