What functions do not work after switching Inventor to old UI?

If you switch the Inventor 2010 user interface (UI) from the Ribbon to the classic, old UI, some Inventor functions may be missing or may behave differently.

Such functions are e.g. the integrated help (command tips), the clean-screen mode (Ctrl+0), document tabs, dynamic context panels, Alt-shortcuts (keyboard), the QAT panel, integration of some add-ons (counting with ribbons, searching commands by typing parts of their names, previews of the latest documents.
