Opening and saving files

Restored the ability to read older 32-bit part files (.fm, .mf, 
.tsf, .md). When saved, the new version of the file will be 64-bit. FCAM-4142

Milling

Fixed an issue in which milling features were created facing the wrong direction in some cases when using Index about Y.  FCAM-3814

Turning

Fixed an issue in which an ID backface groove feature did not cut correctly in some specific geometry cases. FCAM-1442

Tools

Fixed an issue in which the Tool Holder Properties dialog did not update the preview picture when changing dimensions. FCAM-4217

Enhanced the preview for the new Shell Mill holder type to show a boss on the end. FCAM-4219

Fixed an issue in which comments on a tool holder did not save properly, depending on how the dialog was accessed. FCAM-4250

Simulation

Fixed an issue in which the Z position displayed in the simulation 
status bar was incorrect when setting the B-axis tool orientation 
(flashing). FCAM-4209

Fixed an issue in which FeatureCAM could exit unexpectedly when launching simulation in some specific cases. FCAM-4252

Importing files

Fixed an issue in which some color information could be missing when imported from STEP files after version 2019.1.1. FCAM-4248

Updated to support version 8.6 of the Autodesk Translation Framework for file import. FCAM-4341
