Hi,
I've just discovered the benefits of using the sheet set manager. I cant believe how long its existed and I never knew what it did. anyway. I've made a title block with fields that updates all good. I'm just trying to figure out how to batch plot a batch of new drawings at a new revision.

I have a sheet list which updates and shows the revision (which is good).

I've got each drawing on a separate dwg file, with the name of the file the same as the tab sheet name.

What I want to achieve is for the Revision number to appear somewhere in the exported PDF filename. Then it will be amazing.
I've tried adding it to the end of the sheet/file name, but this is messy and created a duplication of the rev no.

any suggestions?

also if I edit my title block attributes, ive found that I have to go to each sheet individually and redefine the block, then do ATTSYNC each time too. its quite long winded for many drawings. can this be more automated?Smile
