I know it is early but has anyone started using the AutoCad 2015.
If so what are you thoughts on it.

Bad

Most likely beta-testers have already started using it.  There are a couple of forum members over at CADTutor that have started using the LT version.  Inquire there.

Thanks John,
They are talking about it there and have some good points and bad points.
I would like to see some of their type of comments here also.
My thinking with this post was to get this forum talking about AutoCad 2015.
Getting more insight on it.
If I'm reading right we can not do the upgrade thing we have to buy the version (Rent,Lease to own type thing)
We just bought the AutoCad 2014 not a few months now. So I not sure if I want to buy, rent, lease or what ever they call it.

Again Thanks

When you bought 2014 did you also pay for a Subscription?

No Cry we where not aware of the difference it made at the time. I don't think that we will upgrade right now.
We are talking about adding three new users for the different type of drafters we need (civil, archt and mech,) and my IT guy has suggested that we go with the OEM again and stick with 2014 on each. Because of the expense of the three combined and that anyone using 2015 would be able to use our drawings and we can ask them to save them back in 2013 as this is what we are now saving in.
We are also close to opening our Website and need to get moving in some direction on the software used.

Then some time perhaps waaaaaay in the future should your company decide it is time to upgrade, according to the new AutoDesk policy, they would have to pay FULL price.

I guess after chatting to the folks at AutoDesk today. I find that all the OEM versions AutoCad that you can get are scams or pirated. STAY WAY from them.
We will be looking for something else.

I just downloaded 2015.  If I get a chance tomorrow (Friday) I might try installing it on my home computer.
