Can we download any free used made Revit templates on internet? (not the default ones given which comes along with Revit)I am basically looking for Architecture base templates in Metric scale.
If yes, where can I download these samples?

Ask your question over at the Revit forum on the AutoDesk website.  Someone there might be willing to share one of their templates with you but keep in mind that each company may use a different template that is unique unto themselves.  A template created by someone else may not suit your needs.  You are better off creating your own in my opinion.
