I want to write drawing file name at drawing template. & It will be automaticaly change when file name will be changed

 What do you want ? Saving a Drawing file into template? or Just write a text in a template file?

I just write a text(dwg file name)  which will automatically change when we change the file name with help of "save as" command.

Just use the FIELD command and insert an automatic "document property" field with the file name. Alternatively you can use the RTEXT Express Tool.

I want to write :122-821-684
Is it possible by Using DIESEL Expressions at RTEXT ?
