I am unable to edit a Excel table in Autocad 2000.I am using autocad 2007 and copy a excel table from Excel 2003 and pasting uisng entities option in auocad 2007 and again saving to autocad 2000.My end user has only autocad 2000 and now they are unable to edit the content in autocad 2000.

kindly provide your suggestion to edit directly on .dwg autocad 2000 file  containing excel table .we dont want to edit the excel by double clicking and opening the excel 2003 screen to edit the table.

Note: i am able to directly edit the excel on .dwg autocad 2007. and unable to edit the same table using .dwg 2000

I am looking for a suggestion to edit directly with autocad 2000.

Did you include a copy of the .xls file along with the drawing you sent them?
