Using: AutoCad Plant 3D

I have Plant 3D 2012. I have been using the P&ID and I cannot migrate the tablet equipment (except for lines) onto the drawing anymore. I think I might have stuffed it trying to create some new additions to the tablet. Any ideas out there please?
