Do you have admin rights to your computer?

Did you try looking the code up on the Internet?

Are you trying to install AutoCAD 2004 on a system running either Windows 7 or Windows 8?  If so then the problem may arise from the disparity between the age of your AutoCAD program (2004) and the newness of the operating system.  2004 is not supported under either OS so you either have to run it in XP compatibility mode or resort to a third-party add-on like Longbow to successfully run AutoCAD.
