I am currently working in C3D 2013 with a local install. All of my project files are on the network. Every time I hit save it is taking a tremendously long time to perform the action and I some cases CAD actually locks up for a minute or 2. The other applications I am running on my computer are not having the same problem.
Also, I am losing the search paths for my data shortcuts.
Has anyone else had these or similar problems? If so, did you find a fix or at least a less annoying work around.

Thanks for the help.

Sounds like a network related problem.  Tell IT to clean out the TEMP file.

Thanks, I didn't think of that. I will let them know and hopefully it will work.

That's only one of many possibilities.

What if you work exclusively off of your computer and not save back to the network.  Do you still experience problems or haven't you run this simple test yet?
