Could you prompt me on how to create a fillet with radius of 3 mm along the edge marked with red arrows? I keep stumbling upon an errorOuch

You cannot create an intersection at those edges but they can be radiused using the FILLET command.

I'd download the file but the link to the website contains spyware.  No way jose.

omg, sorry about it...I didn't have any troubles with that service before
You're right, it must be a fillet. I edited the post and re-uploaded the files

I see a problem or two with your geometry that will doom the fillet command to failure.

What the heck is this anyway?

I'm not a professional in 3D modelling, I just need to create some details for my hobby.
I got this detail by contouring the object and extruding the line,
Now I need only to make the edge smooth for a more convinient connection of the details, so I don't have any exact requirements to the fillet, I just need to create a smooth transition between the surfaces,
This is gonna be a piercer for plastic.

I'm not too sure it can be done with the geometry you have.
