I have been desperately looking for blocks to load into a project on Revit and I can't find them on here.
Does anybody know why Revit City isn't working? OR Does anyone know where I can find a more extensive Revit library?

Have you tried AutoDesk Seek? http://seek.autodesk.com/ Have you tried BimBandit? http://bimbandit.com/freeblocks.php Have you tried the Revit Zone? http://www.revitzone.com/family-creation/63-building-blocks Have you tried Cad Blocks Free? http://www.hermanmiller.com/design-resources/3d-models-revit.html Have you tried the websites of manufacturers of the products you are interested in? For example...
