Project Scandium for Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Insight is our free technology preview that extends simulation capabilities by offering new capabilities to try out and provide feedback. You can have this technology preview installed next to your commercial products. You will need to use your Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Synergy and Insight (solvers) 2015 serial numbers and product keys for the installation, and it will use Moldflow 2015 licenses.

The most recent update extends the technology preview to July 15, 2015. This gives project participants more time to complete their test projects and provide their feedback.

Project Gaudi for Rhino is our free technology preview that provides a structural geometry generator and analysis engine for use as a Rhino plug-in for conceptual design workflows. You can take a conceptual form as a Rhino mesh, add structural framing systems (trusses, beams, columns, etc.) to the form, analyze your system to see stresses and displacements, and then either return the geometry to Rhino, or send it to Robot Structural Analysis for further analysis and start your BIM workflow with Revit.

The most recent update of the project corrects an installer problem where project participants were unable to access steel profiles.

Thanks to everyone who provides feedback on all of our technology previews on Autodesk Labs. Your experience shapes the future of our technology.

Incremental improvement via feedback is alive in the lab.
