I need to make a "Clamping band" it is a piece of sheet metal that is formed to 12" id and then the ends get broke.

The problem is that when I create the flat dwg and put in my fold lines and start folding the ends (they work fine), when I fold it in the center 180 deg with a 6" radius it leaves one of the ends behind and I am not sure why or how to fix the problem.

Anybody got any ideas?
