i am using cad 2015 program. 
there were times i need to draw a map using coordinates, and  i'm trying to figure out if i cud draw a map the way the civil 3d program can do..

I believe you can draw a map using coordinates in AutoCAD.

Look in your Taskbar.  Do you see the coordinates displayed?  You have four options if you right click in that area.  They are: Relative, Absolute, Geographic (the one you want to use) or Specific.

BTW...what CAD program will you be using to create this map?
