What does the OS version have to do with Reference Manager?  If you have AutoCAD 2015 loaded then the Reference Manager should already be listed under Start > All Programs > AutoDesk > AutoCAD 2015.  Did you try running it?

By the way, there is no need to capitalize each and every word in a sentence.  It is considered bad form.
