This happen with ilegal softwers where license is Cracked.

When you are installing don't deactive antivirus.
What kind of version it is?
And tell more what happen when it appears.

I suggest you increase the speed of the computer.Mostly problems will happen because of RAM.So try to increase the memory level and its better to use higher version than xp.

I'm using avast antivirus......windows vista 64bit....the cad version i installed is also 64bit......well..when the message appears..notthing really happens....i just click "ok"...andcad starts up.....theres no problem with the performance of cad...its just that its annoying to see this message...and this is not an illegal copy......its a legal 30day trial from the autodesk website.......

Also i dont think memory should be a problem...i have 4gb of memory and a 64bit OS to make use of all the 4gb....

Check to see that you have the latest certified video drivers for your card from Autodesk.
