Click on the link below which will take you to the DotSoft website.  Find and download the LFILTERIO.zip file.  It contain a free lisp routine that will "export layer filters from a drawing to an external file that can be imported into new drawings using the companion import tool."

Hi John

I've tried this. I am using AutoCAD 15 LT. I cannot load lisp routines. There is a number of .dll files. How do I load these?

Kind Regards
Shafiq

You also show AutoCAD 2015 so I expected you to use that.
